A busy start to the year…

January and February are usually fairly steady months work wise for us at  this year our feet have barely touched the ground, a full redd count of the Frome catchment, walkover surveys, lots of fencing and preparation work for our beloved DFC   Guiding and fishing holidays are flying……   Not forgetting the  which is now into its 5th winter…  Check out the next social and come along…..

A handful of pictures as a taster of what we all get up to here in the Frome Valley, come and join us, its FUN…..  🙂

DFC work parties

This picture just sums up the DFC work parties…  Great people committed to the improvement of the river Frome…..

A bit more Frome fun…

We have been having a little fun along the way, and possibly one of the most hectic Januarys on record….

The DFC grayling social, a great write up with Kris Kent and John Grindle in Total Flyfisher, then a day with Dominic Garnett and Neil Keep prepping an article about the history of the famous DFC for FF & FT…
