Light at the end of the tunnel

I think all of us as anglers, fly fisher folk are full of optimism, we have struggled through the winter with some seriously scary weather…. BUT there could be a glimmer of hope, I did venture out today with a friend and new member of the Dorchester Fishing Club www.grhe.co.uk

We found a cracking pod of fish in a pool on a carrier, far from the madding flow of the main river and had over 30 stunning Grayling all on flies tied by my good mate Harry Wallace (come and see his stall at the next www.dorsetchalkstreams.co.uk gathering)..

I think the Frome is open for business, if you take care….
